• Provide accurate information when creating your profile nodes or authorizing guests.
• Refrain from submitting false/spam complaints to the Admin team filters.
• Keep account credentials strictly confidential.

3. System & Ledger Disclaimers

While we strive for 100% data precision:

• Account balances, maintenance tickers, and ledger logs displayed on the screen are for convenient **guidance only**.
• Official, standalone hard-copy receipts issued by the Office take absolute precedence in disputes.

4. Limitations on Access

The Site Association reserves the right to manage your account access metrics directly:

• Suspend account access in cases of malicious endpoint probing or security violations.
• Deactivate profiles tied to property resale completion statuses.

5. Governing Rules
